COMPLIANCE TO EIAC SYMBOL USAGE REQUIREMENTS
Dear Clients,
In view of our uncompromising adherence to the international standards of ISO 15189:2012 under Emirates International Accreditation Center ( EIAC) requirements & to Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulation, this is to inform you that the tests performed under our Histopathology and Cytopathology departments such as gynecology cytology (Thinprep) PAP smears as well as histology secimen biopsies are NOT under the scope of ISO 15189:2012 accreditation by EIAC. Therefor, All Histology & Cytology reports issued will not bear EIAC Symbol effective 25.05.2023. Moreover we would like to recall all the Histology & Cytology reports issued from 01.03.2023 - till date and report without EIAC symbol will be uploaded at your online portal.
